Each package includes one ink bladder A, which are disposable (5 Blue and 5 Black). Additionally, there is a reusable ink bladder B inside the barrel of the pen. Installing and replacing the ink bladder is simple - just gently remove the ink capsule inside the pen, place the disposable capsule into your barrel, press a little harder, and the replacement is complete.
